Takes You

Your wedding day is meant to be the happiest day of your life. It’s the day you pledge your undying love to the one person you have chosen to spend the rest of your life with. That's true for most people, but in my case, it’s only half true.  This is the happiest day of my life, but it also has the potential to be the saddest. Why you ask? Because it could be the last day I get to spend with my new husband before I'm taken from him.  I love him with all my heart, and I know he loves me back just as deeply, but unfortunately for us, fate has other ideas. We've been tested time and time again, and we've always come through the other side, but this time, things are different.  My name is Crissie Walker, and you’d better be sitting comfortably, because this is my story.
