Am I the Killer?

“..Compelling and emotional..” A brain injured marine is accused of killing his childhood nemesis. On the night of the murder, the marine discovered the bully had struck again this time stealing his fiancee. When the marine is asked about the night in question, he claims to be unable to recall events. Does his brain injury prevent him from remembering, or is he hiding behind it?
