Casey,a young sailor, Smitty, a semi retired motorcycle gang chief and his daughter Josie unite against a vengeful District attorneys attempt to railroad a best friend in a murder case. Josie, an attorney, must use all legal guile possible while Casey and Smitty bend the law to the breaking point trying to find actual killer. More murders, kidnappings, torture ensue with the pair at the hands of a psychopathic killer.
